Clara Neubauer

 

18-year-old violinist Clara Neubauer attends The Juilliard School as a proud recipient of the Kovner Fellowship in the studios of Itzhak Perlman and Li Lin. Clara made her concerto debut with the National Repertory Orchestra in 2012, and her Lincoln Center debut at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center’s Young Ensembles Concert in 2013. Clara was a Young Performer at the Music@Menlo Chamber Music Institute for five years and has been a participant at the Perlman Music Program and PMP Suncoast since 2017. A Musical Ambassador for the Doublestop Foundation, Clara won first place in the 2017 Adelphi Competition and 2018 Symphony of Westchester Competition. She was a winner of the 2020 National YoungArts competition and recipient of the silver medal. She is from New York City and likes to make music with her brother, Oliver, also a Juilliard student, and her musician parents. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and playing ping pong.
