Maddie Pintoff

19-year-old violist Maddie Pintoff, a native of New York City, studies with Paul Neubauer at The Juilliard School. She previously attended the Juilliard Pre-College division, where she studied with Sophie Arbuckle. An avid chamber musician, she has performed at Music@Menlo, the Heifetz International Music Institute, and in master classes with Ani Kavafian, Daniel Phillips, Cynthia Phelps, Vivek Kamath, and others. She made her orchestral debut in 2019, soloing with the New York Chamber Players Orchestra. Outside of music, she loves photography, cooking, and spending time with her cat and dog.
