As a winner of the American Protege Competition, Sahana made her solo debut at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall in 2014. Since then, she has performed with the Florida Youth Orchestra, Alhambra Orchestra, Greater Miami Youth Symphony, and competed at the national level of the Music Teachers National Association’s 2019 Competition in Spokane, Washington. In 2019, she performed under the baton of Maestro Michael Tilson Thomas in the New World Symphony. She has attended and performed at the Yellowbarn Young Artists Program, Madeline Island String Quartet Fellowship Program, Killington Music Festival, Chelsea Music Festival NYC’s “Online Encores'' series, and the NADIA Connect Amplified Currents Festival of the Arts. She will be returning to Juilliard in Fall 2023 for her Master of Music degree, studying with Areta Zhulla and Catherine Cho.

As a member of the Marian String Quartet, Sahana has performed in venues such as Alice Tully Hall, Tenri Cultural Institute of New York, David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, and other New York City venues. The quartet also won Gold Prize at the 17th annual St Paul String Quartet Competition in Minnesota in April 2022.

Her writing has been published in the Spring 2022 issue Juilliard Journal as a co-runner of the Juilliard Green Club.
